PFRDA – RECRUITMENT OF OFFICER GRADE ‘A’ (ASSISTANT MANAGER) – 2020 General and Legal Stream

1. Total CTC consisting of Pay and Benefits for the post of Officer Grade ‘A’ at the beginning of the scale of pay would be approx. Rs. 16 Lacs per annum.

2. Candidates can apply online only from 16/06/2020 to 31/07/2020 and no other mode of application will be accepted.

3. APPLICATION-Cum-INTIMATION FEE (NON-REFUNDABLE) : Rs 0 /- for SC/ST/PwBD

4. APPLICATION-Cum-INTIMATION FEE (NON-REFUNDABLE): Rs 500 /- for Unreserved /EWS/OBC

5. Mode of selection will consist of a two-stage process i.e. Phase I consisting of On-line examination and Phase II consisting of Group Discussion and Interview. Candidates may opt for group discussion and interview in Hindi or English.

6. The marks obtained in Phase I will be allotted a weightage of 80%, while the marks obtained in Phase II (Group Discussion and Interview) will be allotted a weightage of 20%.

7. In case the result of a particular examination is posted on the website of the University/Institute, a certificate issued by the appropriate authority of the University/Institute indicating the date on which the result was posted on the website will be taken as the date of passing.

8. Candidates who have appeared for the final examinations and waiting for the results are eligible to appear in the selection process.

• In Phase – I On-Line Examination (General Stream), ‘General Awareness + Financial Sector Awareness’ section/test consists of 40 questions( Multiple-Choice questions (Objective Test)) carrying 40 marks. The duration of the test is 25 minutes. 1/4th penalty for each wrong answer.20 % of the total marks allotted to Phase I On-Line Examination (General Stream) comes from ‘General Awareness + Financial Sector Awareness’ section/test

• In Phase – I On-Line Examination (Legal Stream), ‘General Awareness + Financial Sector Awareness’ section/test consists of 40 questions( Multiple-Choice questions (Objective Test)) carrying 40 marks. The duration of the test is 25 minutes. 1/4th penalty for each wrong answer.13.33 % of the total marks allotted to Phase I On-Line Examination (Legal Stream) comes from ‘General Awareness + Financial Sector Awareness’ section/test
